NATURAL BEAUTY

 I said I was not going to show you any of the picture I took of Dagny. I lied.

 

I also wanted to share with you some things I find inspiring right now. Living in the UK where girls wear a significantly larger amount ofmakeup than Norwegian girls made me miss natural scandinavian beauty. Not just pretty faces with almost no makeup, but also the beautiful scenery of Norwegian nature etc. I suppose spending time in Øystese last weekend at Bygdalarm festival made me think more about this.

First is this music video for a band called Lama, made by Oslo based Lavafilm. Natural beauty, nostalgic, wonderfully shot.

And as I am already mentioning natural beauty, the scenery etc I wish to highlight a friend of mine, Anne-Line Nygaard. She is a fashionphotography student in London already doing some beautiful things.

Spending alot of time the last six months reading about aestethics has also made me think alot about how different cultures look on aesthetics. Even two as similiar and close as the UK one and the Norwegian one.
